Carter Earthwork Bucket
The square bucket is installed at the end of the excavator boom, connected to the boom through a pin shaft, and works in conjunction with the boom and hydraulic cylinder to form the core module of basic operation functions such as excavation, loading, and leveling. Material of Carter earthwork bucket: The excavator's earthwork bucket can withstand the impact, wear and stress of excavated materials for a long time, and high-strength and high wear-resistant steel should be selected. Domestic Q345B low-alloy high-strength structural steel, with a yield strength of ≥ 345MPa, has good comprehensive mechanical properties and can meet general working conditions.
Cutting is achieved through laser cutting or flame cutting, using CNC cutting equipment and CAD/CAM technology to program and control the cutting path, ensuring the accuracy of cutting dimensions, reducing subsequent processing volume, and improving production efficiency.
Forming processing, producing specialized bending molds, cold bending forming on hydraulic presses or bending machines, or using plate rolling machines for plate rolling forming.
Welding forming, manual arc welding, simple equipment, flexible operation, suitable for welding in various positions, commonly used for welding non critical parts inside the earthwork bucket, such as reinforcing ribs and bucket body welding.
