Production: Precision from start to finish

In production, the company uses an industry-leading set of processing equipment to guarantee precision and quality from the start. For raw material cutting, laser blanking tools deliver high-precision cuts on Q345B steel plates-smooth, burr-free, and with dimensional errors ≤0.1mm-slashing the need for subsequent machining allowances.

Core processing uses a combination of CNC machining centers-vertical and horizontal models-working in tandem. Milling and drilling of critical features (connecting rod end faces, bolt holes, positioning grooves) are completed in a single setup, eliminating repeat-clamping errors and ensuring all dimensional tolerances meet design standards.

Welding is fully automated by robotic arms, with digitally programmed trajectories ensuring uniform weld height and width. Weld strength far outperforms manual welding, eliminating the risks of incomplete or missed welds.

Critical mating surfaces-like the connecting rod's bearing holes-are precision-bored using CNC boring machines. This ensures hole diameter and cylindricity accuracy, enabling smooth assembly with the crankshaft and piston while reducing operational wear.
