      Tailored to the PC700's operational demands (67.68-ton working weight, 4.0-4.5m³ bucket capacity), every Komatsu PC700 link we craft uses Q345B steel as its core material. With reinforced structural design, we've developed a heavy-duty load-bearing component that balances high strength and fatigue resistance – ideal for mine stripping, large-scale infrastructure, and other high-load tasks. Q345B steel's excellent machinability lets us shape complex structures, while its strong impact resistance effectively dampens the instantaneous force from excavation and crushing, extending component life. At our factory, our professional inspection team runs strict spectral analysis and mechanical property tests on raw materials upfront, ensuring they meet standards and nipping quality risks in the bud.

Structurally, the Komatsu PC700 link features a "thickened web + U-shaped reinforcing ribs" composite design: the web thickness is increased to 20mm, and we've added a third reinforcing seat at key stress points. This boosts overall tensile strength by 30% compared to conventional alternatives, completely solving cracking issues under heavy loads. In production, we use high-power laser cutting machines for 20mm thick plates – not only for efficient cutting, but also to precisely shape welding bevels, ensuring tight fits between welded surfaces. During assembly, rigid positioning fixtures keep component alignment within 0.2mm, laying the groundwork for flawless welding. We rely on a 10-axis linkage welding robot system, paired with an L-shaped 2-axis positioner, to achieve multi-angle, dead-corner-free welding. Post-welding, flame correction eliminates residual stress. Beyond routine dimensional checks, our team conducts penetrant testing and mechanical property sampling on welds, guaranteeing they meet heavy-load requirements.

      Designed to thrive in the PC700's working environment, we've built wear-resistant bushings into the Komatsu PC700 link's connection holes to reduce pin shaft wear. We've also reserved oil injection channels for easy daily lubrication and maintenance. The surface features a double-layer coating (primer + topcoat) that delivers long-lasting rust protection in dusty, high-humidity mining conditions. Combined with Q345B steel's inherent corrosion resistance, the component boasts an average service life of over 8,000 hours. Before delivery, every finished product undergoes load simulation testing – minimizing downtime and replacement frequency, and providing reliable support for non-stop heavy-duty operations.
